  1. Upgrade your laundry appliances

Hands up who loves doing the washing?! We can’t see many hands especially from those with a big family but even if you don’t, an efficient washing machine and dryer combo is essential to stay ahead of the piles of dirty laundry – particularly in winter. Look for bigger capacity machines, space-saving stackable solutions and energy efficient features.

  1. Buy a new bed

So your bedroom may recently have also doubled as your boardroom and your bed featured heavily in recent  Zoom meetings? A bed should be all about comfort and a good night’s rest comes with a quality mattress, so if your mattress is more tired than you are when you climb under the covers each night, it’s time for an update. Visit our stores and take a test drive to decide which bed is best for you all while taking advantage of the EOFY Sales

  1. Pimp your kitchen appliances

Many homes have morphed into cafes over the last few months with trays of muffins and loaves of handmade bread being taken steaming from the oven and served up with a freshly brewed coffee at the kitchen bench. So what better time to invest in your own coffee machine, smoothie blender or sandwich press, visit our stores to find sales on the best and most fabulous kitchen appliances to match your kitchen and impress your guests. Colour coordinated kettle, anyone?!

  1. Bedroom soft furnishings

The season has changed and so should your bedlinen. Snuggle down for winter with beautiful new sheets and a few fabulous statement cushions to freshen up your sleeping space. If you are a fan of the old flannelette sheets, sheet sets are on sale and why not add an extra layer of warmth with blankets and throw rugs for the perfect cosy winter sleep zone.

  1. Outdoor & Adventure Gear

We finally have the green light to hit the road again so now is the time to stock up on outdoor equipment for hiking and winter road trips. Flash sales and EOFY deals are featuring hiking gear, outdoor clothing and accessories for use all year round. Crazy prices abound on tents and BBQs, but even ski gear is up for grabs right now! Shop by brand, browse the sales or come in store to grab a bargain.

  1. Pets

Furbabies need love too so why not treat them to a professional grooming session or a new outfit to ward off the winter chills. A new lead may also be in order after so many sanity-saving walks of late or something of a new toy reward may be due for all the cuddles you were allowed to have with your furry friend, rather than your favourite humans. Click and collect or visit your local pet supply store to browse the possibilities.

  1. Beauty

Create your own little day spa in the comfort of your own home with a foot spa, the latest ‘you beaut’ new hair dryer, straightener or facial steamer. You know the one you have always wanted? And for the blokes who are into a bit of manscaping a new beard trimmer or shaver is always a good option. So there are no excuses now – do the research and purchase online – it’s easy just click and collect.

  1. Cars

And we are off ….  back to work or ferrying kids to and from school and spending time in your car again. Without regular use, your car may be in need of a free car battery check, or perhaps it needs a little spit and polish? Maybe it’s some new car mats and seat covers? Whatever it needs why not make your car just as comfy as your lounge room has been during these past few months?

  1. Sport

Active wear has almost certainly sustained the majority of wardrobes in recent months so the injection of a new outfit to actually leave the house in is likely in order. With the return of team sports inevitable but timing uncertain, there’s still time to kit up for the season. At the very least a new pair of runners to replace those worn out with all the walking will put the spring back in everyone’s step.

  1. Storage

A change of season brings a changing of the guard for clothing, school uniforms, bed linen and soft furnishings around the home. Clear the decks of the paraphernalia and accessories of summer life and store it all safely away. Wash, dry and carefully pack summer and lighter-weight items in baskets and blanket boxes to ensure they’re fresh and clean when you get them out again.

  1. Rugs

Chilly mornings have arrived and while it remains cold underfoot, there are hot deals to be had in carpet and rugs – both online and in store. Many stores have discounts across their entire range of flooring so whether you’re renovating, planning or looking to update with a considered decorating choice. Before you come instore to look at what is on sale, take a photo of the space you need to dress up so you can refer back to it when you are in store. Also make sure you  measure up your space before leaving home so you can talk to the experts about size and style for a statement rug for your living room, dining room or bedroom.

  1. Home Heating

Heat your home in style in the way you’ve always wanted to. Gas heaters or fireplaces will add not only a contemporary look but efficient heating to your home. You may also want to consider some new blinds and curtains at this time of year to minimise the transfer of cool air from outside in (not to mention keep your home cool in summer too).

  1. Bathroom

There is nothing better than a stack of brand new fluffy sets of bath towels, bath robes and bathroom accessories. Or maybe it’s time for a mini makeover. Refresh your bathroom with the latest muted tones or keep your towels neutral and add a pop of colour with fun accessories to brighten up your bathroom.

  1. Sofa upgrade

Upgrading your sofa is the ideal purchase during sale time as it’s possible to save hundreds, even thousands of dollars on your purchase. Fabric or leather, modular or classic in style, buy now and enjoy later. Here is the big tip on this one – do not procrastinate – when you are standing in front of that stunning sofa you have always wanted, go with your heart and strike while the sale is hot.

  1. Home office

Working from home might be the norm for some time to come and anything you buy before 30th of June could be tax deductible! If you haven’t already set yourself up at home with the latest in technology and office equipment, now is definitely the time to act! Take a look at a new desk, computer, or ergonomic chair for your office space to function comfortably and efficiently, or look to savvy shelving and/or storage solutions to transform even the smallest nook into a dedicated workspace with a little creative thinking. Extra touches like noise-cancelling headphones to distract from daily life around you and with the addition of a new smart tablet to take notes on, a second screen to sort out your stiff neck and a filing cabinet to hide the clutter, you’ll never want to return to the office.
